1. General Terms & Conditions

1.1 Acceptance of Agreement

By using the 23baji website or mobile application, or by creating an account, you agree to these terms & conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using 23baji.

1.2 Age & Eligibility

To use 23baji's services, you must:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age required under the laws of your country.
• Not a resident of any country where online gaming is prohibited.
• Be of sound mind and legally capable of entering into a contract.
• You are registering in your own name and for your own use — not on behalf of any third party.

23baji may request documents for age and identity verification at any time. Your account may be suspended until verification is complete.

1.3 Legal Restrictions

Users from the following countries or regions are not permitted to use 23baji's services:

• United States, United Kingdom, France, Netherlands, Singapore, and Australia.
• Countries where online gaming or betting is prohibited or restricted.

Attempting to access the service from a restricted region may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2. Account Rules

2.1 Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering with 23baji. Providing false or misleading information at registration will result in account closure, and any funds held in the account may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your login credentials confidential and your account secure. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Sharing your username or password with anyone else.
• Multiple individuals sharing a single account.
• Attempting to access or use another person's account.

If you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account, please notify our support team immediately.

2.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each individual may only open one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the following consequences:

• All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed.
• All bonuses obtained from duplicate accounts will be cancelled and forfeited.
• A permanent ban may also be applied to the primary account.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

23baji follows international KYC (Know Your Customer) standards. The following documents may be required for withdrawal requests or transactions above a certain threshold:

• A clear copy of your National ID card or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement — no older than 3 months).
• Proof of payment method ownership.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. 23baji aims to complete verification within 7 business days.

3. Betting Policy

3.1 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on 23baji:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set individually for each market and are subject to change.
• Bets must be placed before an event begins; specific cut-off times apply for live betting.
• 23baji reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or system malfunction.

3.2 Odds & Payouts

23baji displays odds in decimal format. Winnings are calculated as:Total Payout = Stake × Odds. Odds may change at any time; however, once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in.

3.3 Event Cancellation or Suspension

If an event is cancelled, suspended, or abandoned:

• The full bet amount will be refunded.
• For parlay bets, any cancelled event will be removed from the multiplier.
• If an event does not resume within 48 hours of its scheduled time, the bet will be considered void.

3.4 Prohibited Betting Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure if detected:

• Match Fixing: Attempting to influence the outcome of any event in a predetermined way.
• Arbitrage Betting: Using multiple platforms to pursue risk-free profits.
• Bots or Automated Software: Use of any automated software to place bets.
• Use of Inside Information: Placing bets using non-public insider information.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

23baji offers an attractive welcome bonus for new members. To qualify:

• The first deposit must exceed the specified minimum amount.
• This bonus may only be claimed once — per account.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within a specified period after the bonus is activated.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus cash can be withdrawn. For example, if the wagering requirement is 20x and you receive a ৳500 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing. The following bet types are excluded from wagering calculations:

• Bets placed at odds below 1.50.
• Cancelled or voided bets.
• Failed legs of system and combination bets.

4.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

23baji uses advanced technology to detect bonus abuse. The following activities are considered bonus abuse:

• Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts.
• Multiple family members claiming bonuses from the same device or IP address.
• Betting patterns designed to circumvent bonus terms.

5. Payments & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Rules

23baji accepts deposits in Bangladesh via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Important information about deposits:

• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
• The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party payment methods will not be accepted.

5.2 Withdrawal Process

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals are only permitted from verified accounts.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.
• Processing is typically completed within 1–3 business days.
• Daily withdrawal limits apply and are higher for VIP members.

5.3 Transaction Currency & Taxes

23baji processes transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Any applicable taxes or duties are the member's sole responsibility. 23baji does not provide tax calculations or advice.

6. Liability & Limitations

6.1 23baji's Limitation of Liability

23baji is not liable under the following circumstances:

• If a bet is missed or a transaction fails due to internet connectivity issues.
• Due to delays or errors in third-party payment processing.
• If data is lost due to issues with your device or software.
• Service disruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or similar circumstances.

6.2 Anti-Money Laundering Policy (AML)

23baji strictly adheres to international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. Suspicious transactions are monitored and reported to the relevant authorities when necessary. Activities reviewed under AML policy:

• Unusually large deposit or withdrawal amounts.
• Immediate withdrawal with no betting activity.
• Repeated small transactions across multiple payment methods.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.3 Outcome Disputes

In the event of a dispute over an event outcome, 23baji will treat the official result issued by the relevant sports authority as final. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a system error, it will be corrected in line with the official outcome.

8. Changes & Termination

8.1 Changes to Terms & Conditions

23baji reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes:

• You will be notified by email at least 7 days before any changes take effect.
• Updated terms will be published on this page.
• Continued use of the service after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8.2 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time. Before your account is closed:

• All pending bets must be settled.
• Any balance remaining must be withdrawn (subject to KYC verification).
• Any unused bonuses will be forfeited.

23baji also reserves the right to close any account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms.

8.3 Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of 23baji's licensing authority. Any legal disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the relevant authority.
